STEP 1 : REGISTER MARKING

If you use company’s name to register, the receipt will send to your company’s account and easier to do the financial report.

Wechat Name and Wechat ID is different. Please careful when you fill in the register account.

The aim is to avoid receiving prohibited products. Thus, our company strictly requires all of our customers to register with their real name in order to know the identity of the owner of the goods. 

Delivery address is the where you want your goods to be delivered.

Billing address where you want our document to be delivered.

* If both is same address, you can fill in same address.

STEP 2 : PAYMENT TO SUPPLIER

After your marking is registered, we will add you to a Wechat group. In the group, we will provide information about the latest currency of RMB exchange and registration of the payment system. Then, we will help you to make payment to your supplier.

STEP 3 : ACQUIRE THE QR CODE

EXAMPLE of QR MARKING

In the Wechat group, you will receive your own QR marking which given by us. The QR code given is similar to the image shown above. This helps the warehouse management to identify your goods.

* If you have a new order, please ask us to send you a new QR code.

STEP 4 : ASK THE SUPPLIER TO ATTACH THE QR CODE

After downloading the QR code from Wechat, you can resize the code into four or more to fill up the entire page of A4 paper and print it out. Afterward, please ask the supplier to attach and cover it using plastic tape which shown in the image above, this can prevent lost goods cases to happen. The reason why the plastic tape need to cover the QR code is to prevent the ink from being smudged due to water damage or rip off during the process of transportation. The damage may cause the warehouse couldn’t identify your goods.

   * Every box of goods should attach a QR code.

   * Attention : If your QR code has been rip off or smudged when it reached the warehouse, the warehouse has the right to reject to receive your goods. IT’S a MUST to use plastic tape to protect the QR code.

QR marking must be attached on the goods. If not, the warehouse cannot receive the goods. During that time, the courier or logistics will return the goods to the supplier which will cause the additional cost. So, please ask the supplier to attach it on your goods.

STEP 5 : HANDLE FRAGILE / VALUABLE GOODS

FRAGILE GOODS, DON’T FALL NOT PRESSURE

If your goods is fragile, please ask the supplier to pack your goods nicely. We suggest using bubble wrap, woven bag or the wood box to pack it for your goods’ safety. In addition, please ask the supplier to attach the fragile sticker and make sure the arrow is showing the right the direction (*Example above) to protect the quality of the goods. If the fragile sticker is not attached and the goods are broke, we will not make any compensation.

* NOTE: If your goods broke when it reached the warehouse, we will immediately inform you by sending pictures through the Wechat group. Subsequently, please reply us as soon as possible, to tell us to proceed the process of the goods or not. However, if there’s no reply on the matter, we will reject the broken goods.

Please pay attention to the message in the Wechat group.

STEP 6 : DELIVER TO WAREHOUSE

Then, your supplier will send your goods to our warehouse which is located in Guangzhou or Yiwu.

* A CONDITION need to pay attention

If the China delivery driver ask us to pay the transportation fees in advance since the supplier does not pay it. We will ask you immediately if we should pay for it. We can provide this service but you have to reply us soon. If not, it will cause unnecessary issues.

* You must register first before you order the supplier to send your goods to our warehouse as we will manage your goods with your QR making.

STEP 7 : NOTICE ETA

ETA is the estimated time of your goods arrive at the port of Malaysia. We will send an accurate ETA  to you after our China’s warehouse received your goods within 5 days or more.

Furthermore, this estimated time does not include the amount of time consume by custom clearance. We cannot predict if it is necessary or not to open the goods box and check. If yes, the more time will be needed.

But in normal situation, the custom clearance needs around 3 days.

Based on the ETA, you will receive it within 3 to 10 days after reached the port. But, also depend on the distance between the port and deliver address. If it is too far, more time will be needed. You can get the detail transportation information from our customer service.

Total time needed (From China’s warehouse)

From Guangzhou to West Malaysia (Selangor) : 15 – 18 days

From Yiwu to West Malaysia (Selangor) : 21 – 23 days

From Guangzhou/Yiwu to East Malaysia : 30 days++

STEP 8 : PAYMENT

When the goods reach Malaysia, we will send you a transportation fees invoice. Please make the payment first before we deliver your goods to you.

STEP 9 : DELIVERED

Situation 1 : If the goods are light weighted and your storage space situated at the ground floor, our driver can help you to unload your goods. But, he will not help you to move your goods to the storage space.

Situation 2 : If the goods are heavy or a need to move to the upper floor. Hence, you have to prepare your own forklift or move it by yourself.

Situation 3 : If you need our driver’s help to move it, you can discuss the payment with him. It depends on your goods’ weight and the difficulty of moving it.

*REMARKS: The steps above suit for the goods that not required tax refund. If your China suppliers request to do tax refund on the goods, please click the button below to fill up the form and our staff will contact you as soon as possible.
