Responsibility

  • Data Entry and Book Keeping
  • Keeping Track of Customer and Supplier Purchase & Order Details (Records/Documentation)
  • Shipping Coordinator ( Assiting and keep track on each division of Logistic Chain, etc, Warehouse, Transport and Shipment)
  • Currency Transfer Management 
  • Assist Senior and Supervisor in daily task

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Responsibility

  • Data update / Data Entry
  • Bookeeping
  • Calculate Commission for Sales Team
  • Pay Roll
  • Banking Task (Bank in cheque, submit document, print statement & etc)
  • Other Documentation, like EPF, SOCSO, GST & etc.

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Responsibility

  • Assisting marketing Supervisor
  • To monitor online marketing medium such as social network & mobile applications.
  • To cooperate with other team members to carry out other marketing activities.
  • To marketing or convey company products to market / customers.
  • To bring sales to company.
  • Expand market by developing for new customers
  • Compile all feedback & marketing intelligence for analysis
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers

SHIPPING ADMIN (BACK END)

Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain Management or any related to this field 
  • Required Education Level : Diploma / Degree or Cert 
  • Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Online customer service ( China & Malaysia)
  • Shipping Coordinator
